Wojciech Fedorowicz, Founding Partner
Investor and executive with over 20 years of experience, including eight years as Managing Partner at TDJ Pitango Ventures, where he worked closely with Pitango - one of Israel's leading investment funds. Previously served as CEO of Gerlach and VP at the Gino Rossi Group, gaining hands-on experience in consumer sectors and leading international expansion. Lived and worked in Silicon Valley. Holds an MBA from Stanford University. Passionate about sport climbing and woodworking.
Daniel Star, Founding Partner
Brings 20 years of investment experience as Managing Partner at Intel Capital (Israel and CEE) and TDJ Pitango Ventures. Worked with numerous companies, including AVG and Radvision, supporting their growth and international expansion. Earlier in his career, lived in Silicon Valley, working closely with leading tech corporations on behalf of Intel. As an engineer, contributed to the development of the original Intel 8088 chipset. Known for his optimism, constant smile, and commitment to a vegan lifestyle.
Aleksandra Byrka, Head of Origination (CFA)
Investment professional with 11 years of experience across M&A and growth-stage investing. Gained transaction expertise at investment boutiques and as part of the M&A team at Grant Thornton, where she advised business owners on company sales to strategic and financial investors. Later applied her investment and analytical skills at LT Capital, a technology-focused investment fund. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), trail runner, and yoga practitioner.
Piotr Doloszycki, Head of Finance
Piotr leads the fund's financial operations, overseeing controlling, liquidity management, and reporting standards. He brings over 20 years of experience in fintech and banking, having spent over a decade at Wonga Polska, most recently as Head of Finance and previously, at Bank BPH (GE Capital Group), where he played a key role in the financial integration with GE Money Bank. Piotr holds a Master's in Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics. A Certified Accountant, sailor and runner.
Marlena Witkowska, Senior Legal Counsel
Attorney with an extensive expertise in corporate law, transaction advisory, and M&A. Prior to joining Full Speed Ventures, she served as a Senior Associate at the law firm act legal Poland (BSWW legal & tax), where she guided clients through complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transformations. Marlena holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Mergers and Acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Enjoys road cycling and non-fiction novels reading.
Piotr Schab, Investment Associate
Investment professional with experience at Bain & Company's Private Equity Group, where he supported over 15 transactions across tech, software, and mobility sectors globally. Previously worked at PwC in M&A advisory. Holds an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL and a BSc from the Warsaw School of Economics. Avid fan of golf, motorsport, and spy novels.
